What to expect?
- We will set up everything for you, including the layout. You don’t need to bring anything with you—everything will be taken care of.
- You are free to bring whatever you like to the picnic. We will make catering for you. You can also choose our "add-ons" list.
- After the picnic, you can leave the venue without having to pack up or clean anything.

We rent out all the necessary equipment for your private picnic. Our services include delivery, setup, arrangement of furniture, tableware, and decorative elements, as well as providing beverages and food, dismantling, and cleanup. Each picnic party is 3 hours for group picnics (an additional EUR 50 fee for each extra hour).
Accessories: Picnic blankets, Decorative blankets, Seat cushions, Decorative pillows, Picnic tables, Sun umbrellas, Side tables, Coolers, Plates, Cloth napkins, Napkin rings, Water glasses, Table runners, Vases, Fresh flowers, Trash bins, Bottle opener
Drinks: Mineral water (still/sparkling), Lemonade, Sparkling wine.
Food: Various baguettes/wraps with different fillings.
If you have any special requests, let us know, and we will be happy to accommodate them!

Additionally, we require a deposit of 100 euros, which will be refunded to you the day after the picnic.
Please fill out the booking request form, and we will inform you if there are available spots for your desired time. In that case, we will send you an offer.
To guarantee the booking, payment must be made in advance before the picnic. The payment should reach us no later than three days before the event. You can pay for our services using a bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or via direct transfer to our bank account.
Currently, we offer picnics in three parks or, upon request, in a studio:
•Charlottenburg Palace Park, District: Charlottenburg
•Wilmersdorf People’s Park, District: Wilmersdorf
•Tiergarten, District: Mitte
•Kreuzberg Studio (indoor location)
We will arrive at your chosen location a few hours before the picnic to find the perfect spot and will send you the exact coordinates. If you have your own space for hosting a picnic, we would be happy to come to you.
In case of bad weather, we may need to change the location or timing. In such cases, we prefer to hold the event at your home or at our indoor location in Kreuzberg (for an additional fee). We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within three days due to bad weather, but we can reschedule your booking.
You are responsible for the equipment until we pack everything up at the agreed time. If you wish to leave earlier than scheduled, please inform us at least 30 minutes in advance via phone or text message.
Please notify us immediately after the picnic if you notice significant stains, damage, or loss of our furniture or decorative elements. If necessary, you may be charged for dry cleaning, repairs, or, in the case of irreparable damage, replacement costs.
Please note that your picnic will start and end at the originally agreed time, regardless of any delays on your part. We kindly ask you to respect our schedule and arrive on time, as we may have back-to-back bookings.
Cancellations or changes to your booking are possible up to 48 hours before the picnic without penalty. If you cancel within 48 hours, we will retain 50% of the total cost, and for same-day cancellations, we will retain 100% of the prepayment.
